PAWS N KLAWS — IN-PERSON PACKAGE AND UPGRADE TERMS Version: practical-sales-2026-10-13-v1 Your package or upgrade Global Pet Services Ltd, trading as Paws n Klaws, supplies these experiences. Company 17494019. Registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Contact: info@pawsnklaws-petservices.co.uk; 01935 348843; Three Acres, Limington Road, Yeovil, BA22 8LX, United Kingdom. Not VAT registered — no VAT charged. The selected course page and checkout identify the programme, number of days, supervised teaching hours and total GBP price per person. A full package includes 12 months of its matching online course from verified payment. An upgrade purchases the in-person experience only: your existing online access and its end date remain unchanged. If your verified learner account already has active access to the matching online course, including through the four-course bundle, the upgrade costs the published package price minus the current individual online course price. This is an upgrade allowance, not a cash refund. It cannot be transferred to another learner or applied twice to the same experience. Payment and arranging your dates Sign into your own verified learner account, check the selected programme and price, actively accept these terms and confirm that dates will be arranged after payment. Square takes a single payment. A completed payment verified by the training hub accepts your purchase; pending or failed payments do not create a paid booking. You can save a purchase confirmation containing the accepted terms from your account. You are buying an undated experience. Payment does not reserve a particular date or time. Submit your availability in My courses after payment. Our team agrees all training dates, the exact Yeovil-area venue, instructor, group arrangements, equipment and preparation with you before confirming your sessions in your account. Do not travel or bring a dog until arrangements are confirmed. Please request and arrange the practical training within 12 months of verified payment. Both dates for a two-day programme must be agreed together. The usual training day is 09:00–16:00, comprising six hours of teaching and one hour of breaks; the confirmed arrangements govern your actual attendance. If we cannot offer mutually suitable dates or deliver the advertised practical programme within that period, we will offer an agreed extension or refund the undelivered practical component. A full package separately identifies the online and practical amounts; an upgrade is entirely the practical amount. This does not limit any additional refund or remedy you are entitled to. Contact us before payment if you require a particular date or accessibility arrangement. Preparation and completion Complete the matching online modules and pass the knowledge assessment before attending. An upgrade does not renew expired online access; contact us if you need help preparing before an agreed session. Your account keeps existing learning progress when you upgrade. Suitable dogs, manikins, models, recordings and fictional scenarios are selected for welfare and safety. Do not bring your own dog unless agreed. First-aid practical techniques are taught by an appropriately qualified instructor using suitable training aids. No resuscitation or choking manoeuvres are practised on live dogs. A separate practical completion certificate requires instructor-confirmed attendance and completion of the full agreed programme, plus the online completion requirements. Payment alone is not a pass. These are independent training experiences, not accredited qualifications, veterinary qualifications or authorisation for unsupervised work. Cancellation, changes and refunds Consumer statutory rights remain. For the undated practical service, consumers normally have 14 days from contracting to cancel without giving a reason. We do not start practical teaching within that period unless you separately and expressly request it after agreeing dates. Any early-start request must explain proportionate payment for services supplied and loss of the cancellation right only after the service is fully performed with the required acknowledgement. Starting the included online course does not remove your cancellation rights for the practical service. Digital-content consent applies only to the online component, under the separate online terms below. Where the required digital consent or confirmation is missing, the relevant statutory rights remain. After applicable cancellation rights have ended, we do not offer discretionary change-of-mind refunds. Any practical cancellation charge is limited to reasonable actual net loss caused by the cancellation, after steps to reduce that loss and any resale. We will explain the calculation. A general non-refundable description does not override your statutory rights. Tell us promptly if you need to change confirmed dates. We will discuss an alternative; any proposed reasonable additional cost must be disclosed and agreed before a change is accepted. If we cancel, substantially change the programme or cannot provide it, you may choose suitable replacement arrangements or the refund due for the undelivered service. To cancel where entitled, email info@pawsnklaws-petservices.co.uk or write to Three Acres, Limington Road, Yeovil, BA22 8LX, United Kingdom, stating your name, account email, programme, order reference and decision to cancel. Eligible refunds are made within 14 days of your cancellation notice, using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise, without a refund fee. Your rights for faulty or misdescribed content and services supplied without reasonable care and skill remain. Your information and other terms The team can review your purchase, availability, optional contact number, arrangements and learning progress to deliver training. Other learners cannot see these records. Include only information needed for scheduling; discuss sensitive support needs privately with us. The account, safety, complaints, responsibility and governing-law provisions in the online terms below also apply as relevant. The practical provisions above govern the practical service; online-only exclusions do not remove what your practical package includes. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Who you buy from Global Pet Services Ltd, trading as Paws n Klaws, is the seller of these online courses. Registered in England and Wales, company number 17494019. Registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. For enquiries, cancellations, complaints or learning support, email info@pawsnklaws-petservices.co.uk, telephone 01935 348843, or write to Three Acres, Limington Road, Yeovil, BA22 8LX, United Kingdom. Not VAT registered — no VAT charged. 2. Your course and price You buy personal access to the course or bundle identified on your order. Behaviour foundations and canine first aid awareness cost £59 each; advanced canine behaviour and handling costs £89; daily dog care and welfare costs £79; Become a Professional Dog Walker costs £129. The four-course dog care bundle costs £229, saving £57 against buying its four included courses separately. These are total prices in GBP. There are no delivery charges, subscriptions or automatic renewals. Each course includes eight online modules, interactive scenarios, a 20-question knowledge assessment and saved progress. The fixed dog care bundle includes behaviour foundations, canine first aid awareness, advanced behaviour and handling, and daily dog care and welfare. Become a Professional Dog Walker is a separate purchase. The course page describes the learning outcomes and assumed prior knowledge. Lessons and purchase terms are in English. These are independent knowledge courses. They do not provide an accredited qualification, professional registration, veterinary advice, supervised practical instruction, practical competence assessment or authority to carry out a workplace task. Staff policies and staff training records are not part of a public purchase. 3. Ordering and access Choose a course, sign in or create your own verified member account, review the course and these terms, and confirm your choices before continuing to secure payment checkout. Before payment, you must actively accept these terms and acknowledge the non-refundable policy, and separately request immediate digital access and acknowledge the loss of the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right when supply begins. The boxes are not pre-selected. Check and correct the course, account and payment details before pressing the final payment button. Available payment methods and the final total are shown there. An enquiry or a checkout visit does not create a paid order. Your purchase is accepted when payment is successfully confirmed and an order confirmation is issued. Keep that confirmation and a copy of these terms. A failed or pending payment does not provide paid access. If payment succeeds but your course is missing, contact us with the order reference so we can resolve it or provide the remedy due. Access lasts 12 months from the paid plan start date shown on your order, then ends without another charge. Completing the course early does not extend that period. Sign in with the same email account used for the purchase. You can save or print learning records made available within the course during your access period. 4. Technical requirements and safe use You need an internet connection, a device with an up-to-date browser and JavaScript enabled, and access to your account email. The courses are designed for phones, tablets and computers; they are not an offline download. Check the public course pages and contact us about accessibility or compatibility needs before buying. Your normal device and internet costs are your responsibility. Use the course as education. Do not provoke fear, aggression or injury to practise an example. Adapt workplace examples to the dogs, premises and responsibilities involved. Seek veterinary help for illness or injury and suitably qualified support for behaviour concerns. 5. Non-refundable courses, cancellation and statutory rights Course purchases, including bundles, are non-refundable for change of mind once digital access begins with your express consent and acknowledgement, after the required purchase confirmation is provided. Your statutory cancellation rights and rights for faulty or misdescribed content remain. We do not offer discretionary change-of-mind refunds after the statutory cancellation right has ended. Choosing not to study, not finishing the course or bundle, or allowing the 12-month access period to expire does not by itself create a right to a refund. This policy does not limit any refund or remedy required by law. A consumer normally has 14 days after the contract is made to cancel a digital-content purchase without giving a reason. If you expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge that you will lose this cancellation right once supply begins, that right ends when we start supplying the digital course after providing the required confirmation. Agreeing to general terms alone does not remove it. If the necessary consent, acknowledgement or confirmation is missing, your statutory cancellation rights remain. The online checkout is intended for immediate access. If you prefer to keep the cancellation period before starting, contact us before paying so we can arrange a delayed start where available. To cancel where a right to cancel applies, email or write to us with a clear cancellation request, your name, account email, course and order reference. The optional cancellation form below can be used, but is not required. Send the request before the cancellation period ends. Where cancellation entitles you to a refund, we will refund the amount due within 14 days of being told of your decision, using the original payment method unless you agree otherwise, without a refund fee. Refunded access ends, but this does not affect any records we must retain or your other legal rights. Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for a purpose made known and accepted, and as described. If there is a problem, contact us promptly. We will provide the repair, replacement, price reduction or refund required by law. These rights remain after immediate access begins and are not replaced by a general no-refund rule. 6. Your account and course materials Access is for one named learner. Keep sign-in details private. You may use materials and permitted downloads for your own learning; do not resell, republish, distribute the course or share a paid account. Ask us before arranging training for several people. We may temporarily restrict an account where reasonably necessary to address suspected misuse, fraud or a security issue. We will explain the reason where lawful, allow you to respond and restore access if the concern is resolved. This does not remove any refund or other remedy owed to you. 7. Availability, changes and responsibility We may correct errors, update safety information and maintain the service. Updates will not materially reduce the purchased learning content during your paid access period. We will address access faults within a reasonable time; where a substantial interruption prevents us providing what was purchased, we will arrange an appropriate extension, replacement or refund in line with your rights. We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. 8. Learning records, complaints and applicable law Your account identity, purchase entitlement, saved course progress, assessment results and optional learning notes are used to provide the course and learner support. Authorised managers can review customer learning records; other learners cannot see them. Wix provides member sign-in; the selected secure payment provider processes payments. The training hub does not receive your full card details. Contact us about your information or see the course information page. Contact us first if you have a complaint, giving the order reference and explaining the problem and the resolution you seek. We will investigate and respond. You retain access to the courts and any other statutory remedies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers retain mandatory protections and the right to bring proceedings in the courts available to them in their home jurisdiction. Changes to these terms apply to future purchases and do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing order.
