Build your professional practice portfolio
Create a centre operating pack with a dedicated compliance file: licence and insurance registers, renewal calendar, vaccination/consent tracker and inspection evidence index. Add capacity, staffing, welfare audit, continuity, budget, complaints and improvement plans. Includes England licensing guidance, three worked compliance workshops and a saved project summary.
Work through each fictional situation, draft the record, compare the worked response and revise your decisions. The final project combines the course’s decisions, records and review criteria into a complete professional plan. Print the handbook to keep the lesson material, record prompts and review criteria together.
These are self-study exercises. The separate 5-day practical programme includes instructor discussion and portfolio review. The online certificate recognises the knowledge assessment, not independent workplace competence.
