Global Pet Services Ltd, trading as Paws n Klaws, is the seller of these online courses. Registered in England and Wales, company number 17494019. Registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

2. Your course and price
You buy personal access to the course or bundle identified on your order. Behaviour foundations and canine first aid awareness cost £59 each; advanced canine behaviour and handling costs £89; daily dog care and welfare costs £79; Become a Professional Dog Walker costs £129. The four-course dog care bundle costs £229, saving £57 against buying its four included courses separately. These are total prices in GBP. There are no delivery charges, subscriptions or automatic renewals.
Each course includes eight online modules, interactive scenarios, a 20-question knowledge assessment and saved progress. The fixed dog care bundle includes behaviour foundations, canine first aid awareness, advanced behaviour and handling, and daily dog care and welfare. Become a Professional Dog Walker is a separate purchase. The course page describes the learning outcomes and assumed prior knowledge. Lessons and purchase terms are in English.
These are independent knowledge courses. They do not provide an accredited qualification, professional registration, veterinary advice, supervised practical instruction, practical competence assessment or authority to carry out a workplace task. Staff policies and staff training records are not part of a public purchase.
3. Ordering and access
Choose a course, sign in or create your own verified member account, review the course and these terms, and confirm your choices before continuing to secure payment checkout. Before payment, you must actively accept these terms and acknowledge the non-refundable policy, and separately request immediate digital access and acknowledge the loss of the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right when supply begins. The boxes are not pre-selected. Check and correct the course, account and payment details before pressing the final payment button. Available payment methods and the final total are shown there. An enquiry or a checkout visit does not create a paid order.
Your purchase is accepted when payment is successfully confirmed and an order confirmation is issued. Keep that confirmation and a copy of these terms. A failed or pending payment does not provide paid access. If payment succeeds but your course is missing, contact us with the order reference so we can resolve it or provide the remedy due.
Access lasts 12 months from the paid plan start date shown on your order, then ends without another charge. Completing the course early does not extend that period. Sign in with the same email account used for the purchase. You can save or print learning records made available within the course during your access period.
4. Technical requirements and safe use
You need an internet connection, a device with an up-to-date browser and JavaScript enabled, and access to your account email. The courses are designed for phones, tablets and computers; they are not an offline download. Check the public course pages and contact us about accessibility or compatibility needs before buying. Your normal device and internet costs are your responsibility.
Use the course as education. Do not provoke fear, aggression or injury to practise an example. Adapt workplace examples to the dogs, premises and responsibilities involved. Seek veterinary help for illness or injury and suitably qualified support for behaviour concerns.
5. Non-refundable courses, cancellation and statutory rights
Course purchases, including bundles, are non-refundable for change of mind once digital access begins with your express consent and acknowledgement, after the required purchase confirmation is provided. Your statutory cancellation rights and rights for faulty or misdescribed content remain.
We do not offer discretionary change-of-mind refunds after the statutory cancellation right has ended. Choosing not to study, not finishing the course or bundle, or allowing the 12-month access period to expire does not by itself create a right to a refund. This policy does not limit any refund or remedy required by law.
A consumer normally has 14 days after the contract is made to cancel a digital-content purchase without giving a reason. If you expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge that you will lose this cancellation right once supply begins, that right ends when we start supplying the digital course after providing the required confirmation. Agreeing to general terms alone does not remove it. If the necessary consent, acknowledgement or confirmation is missing, your statutory cancellation rights remain.
The online checkout is intended for immediate access. If you prefer to keep the cancellation period before starting, contact us before paying so we can arrange a delayed start where available.
To cancel where a right to cancel applies, email or write to us with a clear cancellation request, your name, account email, course and order reference. The optional cancellation form below can be used, but is not required. Send the request before the cancellation period ends.
Where cancellation entitles you to a refund, we will refund the amount due within 14 days of being told of your decision, using the original payment method unless you agree otherwise, without a refund fee. Refunded access ends, but this does not affect any records we must retain or your other legal rights.
Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for a purpose made known and accepted, and as described. If there is a problem, contact us promptly. We will provide the repair, replacement, price reduction or refund required by law. These rights remain after immediate access begins and are not replaced by a general no-refund rule.
6. Your account and course materials
Access is for one named learner. Keep sign-in details private. You may use materials and permitted downloads for your own learning; do not resell, republish, distribute the course or share a paid account. Ask us before arranging training for several people.
We may temporarily restrict an account where reasonably necessary to address suspected misuse, fraud or a security issue. We will explain the reason where lawful, allow you to respond and restore access if the concern is resolved. This does not remove any refund or other remedy owed to you.
7. Availability, changes and responsibility
We may correct errors, update safety information and maintain the service. Updates will not materially reduce the purchased learning content during your paid access period. We will address access faults within a reasonable time; where a substantial interruption prevents us providing what was purchased, we will arrange an appropriate extension, replacement or refund in line with your rights.
We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Learning records, complaints and applicable law
Your account identity, purchase entitlement, saved course progress, assessment results and optional learning notes are used to provide the course and learner support. Authorised managers can review customer learning records; other learners cannot see them. Wix provides member sign-in; the selected secure payment provider processes payments. The training hub does not receive your full card details. Contact us about your information or see the course information page.
Contact us first if you have a complaint, giving the order reference and explaining the problem and the resolution you seek. We will investigate and respond. You retain access to the courts and any other statutory remedies.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers retain mandatory protections and the right to bring proceedings in the courts available to them in their home jurisdiction. Changes to these terms apply to future purchases and do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing order.
