Course information
What is included in online-only courses?
Each course contains eight interactive modules, scenarios and a 20-question knowledge assessment. Your account stores your progress and results. Each course is a single payment for 12 months of access, with no automatic renewal. Behaviour foundations and canine first aid awareness cost £59 each; advanced canine behaviour and handling costs £89; daily dog care and welfare costs £79; Become a Professional Dog Walker costs £129. The four-course dog care bundle costs £229, saving £57 against buying its four included courses separately.
Who are the courses for?
Dog owners and carers who want to improve their understanding of behaviour, first-aid awareness, handling and daily welfare, plus people preparing to become professional dog walkers. Advanced lessons assume foundation knowledge. Workplace examples are teaching examples and must be adapted to your own setting.
Online-only course limitations
These are independent Paws n Klaws knowledge courses, not accredited qualifications, veterinary qualifications or professional behaviourist certification. In-person instruction, assessed practical competence, employment authorisation and access to staff policies are not included. You can also enquire about our separate online and in-person packages.
Online and in-person packages
Our practical packages combine a matching online course with supervised activities and feedback. Foundations and first aid each include one full day with six teaching hours. Advanced handling and daily care each include two full days with twelve teaching hours. Breaks are additional. Total package prices, daily schedules and feedback activities are shown on each package page. Dates, venue, instructor, group size and booking terms are confirmed before a booking can be made. These packages are enquiry-only and do not confer an accredited qualification. Explore practical experiences
Completion certificates
Complete all eight online modules and pass the knowledge assessment to unlock a branded Paws n Klaws completion certificate. For practical packages, a separate certificate becomes available after instructor-confirmed attendance and practical completion. Certificates can be printed or saved as PDF through your browser. They are not accredited qualifications.
Learning safely
Do not provoke fear, aggression or distress to practise a lesson. First aid knowledge does not replace veterinary advice. Contact a vet promptly for an emergency or a health concern.

How course access opens
Sign in or create your own member account and verify your email before payment. After secure Square checkout, the training hub checks the completed payment against your account, selected course and exact price. The confirmation page then shows Start learning. Access lasts 12 months from the verified payment date, with no automatic renewal.
If you close the payment tab, open My courses using the same account. The hub checks saved purchases there. Pending or failed payments do not open a course; do not pay again while a payment is being checked. A purchase confirmation containing your accepted terms and access dates is available to save from your account.
Enrolment and support
Online enrolment is open. Review the course and purchase terms before continuing to secure payment. No payment is taken through an enquiry.
